First-class approach earns promotion for young executive from Salford
CRM’s Receivables Executive Theresa Divers has been promoted to Receivables Manager after showing an outstanding approach to client management and service delivery.
As Receivables Manager Theresa will take more responsibility for the management of cases, attending client site visits on her own, dealing with all client reporting and the building and maintaining of solid client relationships.
With the recognition also comes a mentoring role for other young talented professionals at the company hoping to follow in her footsteps.
CRM has a proactive policy of nurturing careers from within and Theresa is a fine example, after starting as an Apprentice just four years ago.
Theresa puts her success down to high quality training on credit control and collection services, understanding invoice finance, working with various accounting systems in companies from a range of industries and having the chance to get to know clients in their own offices.
She commented: “I never turned down the offer to attend a new job and this has given me confidence. I am not afraid of asking questions when something does not feel right.”
She is particularly excited to be playing a leadership role for younger members of the team.
She added: “I am keen to develop my skills in this area and support colleagues on their own journeys at CRM. It’s a great place to be. Everything is geared up to help us create strong relationships with clients and not just meeting, but exceeding, expectations whenever we can.”
Head of Lender Services at CRM Katie Pomfret said watching Theresa’s progress over the last four years had been exciting. She said: “She is highly respected by colleagues at CRM and among our clients, consistently delivering a first class approach to every task.
“We are committed to growing our team using the apprenticeship route, inspired by Theresa’s fast-track development. I look forward to seeing the continued growth of young talent here. CRM provides great career opportunities for those who are eager to learn and excel.”
